Hi, my name is Stasia.
I am finally taking a step forward in vulnerability and allowing myself to be seen.
For a long time, I have wanted to share my story. Not just the parts that are easy to talk about, but the experiences, the lessons, the questions, the moments that changed me, and the parts of myself I am still learning to understand.
I have spent years exploring my own inner world, my childhood, my trauma, my relationships, my choices, my shadow, my patterns, my fears, my desire to be chosen, and the ways I have learned to find my voice again.
I have written pieces of this story before. I even started writing a book.
But sharing your story is different from writing it privately. There is something about allowing other people to see you that brings up an entirely different kind of vulnerability, and that is where I am right now.
I am learning how to be seen. I don't have everything figured out, and I certainly haven't reached some perfect version of myself. I'm simply at a point in my life where I feel ready to share more of my story, even the parts that feel vulnerable or uncomfortable.
I want to share what I have lived, what I have learned, what I am still learning, and the insights that continue to find me along the way. My hope is that something I share might spark something in you too, whether that is an insight, a question, a new way of looking at something you've been carrying, or even the courage to look a little deeper within yourself.
I also want to talk about something I have come to understand in my own journey, the desire to be chosen. How deeply we can long to be chosen by someone else, and how that desire can sometimes point us toward something within ourselves that is asking to be seen.
I am still exploring that, and I think that's part of the beauty of this. I don't want this space to be me standing at the end of the road telling you what I have figured out. I want it to be me walking the road too.
I want to share another part of my story because I know there are people who may be experiencing things they don't know how to talk about.
When my most intense spiritual awakening began in 2017, I felt completely alone. What was happening felt so intense and so far outside of anything I had experienced before, even compared to other spiritual awakenings I had been through. So much was coming up, especially through my shadow work, and I became extremely isolated.
There were times when I felt like I was experiencing a kind of spiritual psychosis, and I was terrified to tell anyone because I was afraid they would misunderstand what I was going through or try to institutionalize me. It was an incredibly challenging and confusing period of my life.
I share this because I know how fragile and overwhelming the inner world can feel when you are going through something intense that you don't fully understand. Sometimes powerful emotional, psychological, or spiritual experiences can arise, and we may not have the tools or language to make sense of them yet.
If you have ever felt alone in something like this, I want you to know that you are not alone.
This is one of the reasons I feel so strongly about creating spaces where people can slow down, talk about what they are experiencing, become grounded, and explore what is happening within them without shame or judgment.
So, this is my beginning. A place where I can share my story, my experiences, my practices, my insights, and the things that arise as I continue my own journey within.
Thank you for being here. I'm glad you're here.
Keep walking with me.
